Basic Package - $250 a month

• Company Logo on all VCS webpages with link to Sponsor information page on VCS web site (content provided by Sponsor)
• Our company logo and URL provided for you to have as direct link on all of your company sites

Bronze Package - $550 a month

• Includes Basic Package features PLUS:
  • 250 VCS business cards shipped to desired locations on by the 5th of each month
  • 100 VCS Brochures shipped to desired locations by the 5th of each month

Silver Package - $1,500 a month

• Includes Bronze Package features PLUS:
  • 250 additional VCS business cards (500 total) shipped to desired locations by the 5th of each month
  • 150 additional VCS Brochures (250 total) shipped to desired locations by the 5th of each month
  • Web Form information submission page linked from Sponsor’s information page capturing basic potential customer info which will be emailed directly to both VCS and Sponsor’s email of choice
  • Sponsor Identification in all newsletters (web site link)
  • Referred customers will receive 5% discount on VCS services such as private foundation grants, and other research/consulting. *Does not include federal grant programs where vendor assistance is prohibited.

Gold Package - $3,500 a month

• Includes Silver Package features PLUS:
  • 250 additional VCS business cards (750 total) shipped to desired locations on by the 5th of each month
  • 250 additional VCS brochures (500 total) shipped to desired locations by the 5th of each month
  • Referred customers will receive 10% discount on VCS services such as private foundation grants, and other research/consulting. *Does not include federal grant programs where vendor assistance is prohibited.
  • Grants booklet (PDF) of ‘Helpful Hints’ for your sales representatives to hand out to customers
  • Custom monthly newsletters/emails for all sales representatives to learn about upcoming grant opportunities (both state & local) for Sponsor’s customers & products
  • Prominent Sponsor Identification as a Gold Sponsor in all newsletters (logo & web site link)

Platinum Package - $5,000 per month

• Includes Gold Package features PLUS:
  • 250 additional VCS business cards (1,000 total) shipped to desired locations on by the 5th of each month
  • 500 additional VCS brochures (1,000 total) shipped to desired locations by the 5th of each month. Back page of brochure reserved for Sponsor’s company logo and spot for local offices to attach their information. (Must be provided to VCS for printing, allowing 4-6 weeks for printing & delivery of initial order.)
  • Prominent Sponsor Identification as a Platinum Sponsor in all newsletters (logo & web site link)
  • Direct phone extension for Sponsor’s customers & salespeople to call VCS
  • Direct e-mail address specifically for Sponsor’s customers and sales representatives for their questions and requests.
  • Sponsor’s referred customers will receive 20% discount on VCS services such as private foundation grants, and other research/consulting. *Does not include federal grant programs where vendor assistance is prohibited
  • If 6 months of sponsorship are paid up front, Sponsor will receive 1 co-staffing of event or tradeshow within that 6 month period. (must have at least 1 month notice to ensure availability of VCS Representative. **)
  • If 12 months of sponsorship are paid up front, Sponsor will receive 3 co-staffing of events or tradeshows within that 12 month period. (must have at least 1 month notice to ensure availability of VCS Representative. **)

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

• Additional VCS Business Cards - $100 per 1,000
• Additional VCS Brochures - $250 per 1,000
• Tradeshow/Company Event Appearances: $2,500 per day for CEO, $1,500 per day for Senior Consultant (Sponsor responsible for all travel-related expenses, must have 1 month notice to ensure availability)

* The Federal Government limits vendor involvement in grant and bid preparation pursuant to Conflict of Interest regulations for all DHS/FEMA grant programs. Grant assistance through vendors is permitted on all private foundation, and many other state and local grants.

** Sponsor is responsible for any fees resulting from their cancellation of co-staffing requests. If tradeshow or event is longer than two days, additional fees may apply.
