With our sponsorship packages you get more than just a logo on a site, you get options, personal service and most importantly results for YOUR customers and YOUR Company!

***All packages will receive a 5% discount if purchasing 6 months of sponsorship at a time.

***All packages will receive a 10% discount if purchasing 12 months of sponsorship at a time.

Basic Package - $50 a month

• Company Logo on all VCS webpages with link to Sponsor information page on VCS web site (content provided by Sponsor)
• Our company logo and URL provided for you to have as direct link on all of your company sites
• Our company logo and URL provided for you to have as direct link on all of your company sites
• Web Form information submission page linked from Sponsor’s information page capturing basic potential customer info which will be emailed directly to both VCS and Sponsor’s email of choice.
• Business cards shipped on as-needed basis
• 50% off discount for newsletter ad space, logo and link or premium descriptive ad (pending availability and at least 1 month notice. Only two logo and links and two premium descriptive ads per newsletter).

Bronze Package - $200 a month

• Includes Basic Package features PLUS:
  • VCS will hold generic bid specifications for Sponsor’s products pursuant to the 2014 edition of OMB 2-1 (aka Super Circular) preventing Vendors from providing bid-related assistance during a bid preparation process.

Silver Package - $550 a month

• Includes Bronze Package features PLUS:
  • Web Form information submission page linked from Sponsor’s information page capturing basic potential customer info which will be emailed directly to both VCS and Sponsor’s email of choice.
  • Sponsor Identification in all newsletters (Logo and Link)

Gold Package - $850 a month

• Includes all Silver Package features PLUS:
  • Custom monthly newsletters/emails for all sales representatives to learn about upcoming grant opportunities (both state & local) for Sponsor’s customers & products
  • Prominent Sponsor Identification as a Gold Sponsor in all newsletters (Logo and Link)

Platinum Package -$1,200 per month

• Includes all Gold Package features PLUS:
  • Prominent Sponsor Identification as a Platinum Sponsor in all newsletters (Premium Descriptive Ad)
  • Direct phone extension for Sponsor’s customers & salespeople to call VCS (minimum 6 month signed contract required)
  • Direct e-mail address specifically for Sponsor’s customers and sales representatives for their questions and requests.
  • When 6 months of sponsorship contract is signed, Sponsor will receive 1 co-staffing of event or tradeshow within that 6 month period. (Must have at least 1 month notice to ensure availability of VCS Representative. **)
  • When 12 months of sponsorship contract is signed, Sponsor will receive 3 co-staffing of events or tradeshows within that 12 month period. (Must have at least 1 month notice to ensure availability of VCS Representative. **)

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

• Newsletter 1 month Logo and Link - $75
• Newsletter 1 month Premium Descriptive Ad - $125
• Tradeshow/Company Event Appearances: $2,500 per day for CEO, $2,000 per day for Senior Consultant (this price includes travel expenses)

** Sponsor is responsible for any fees resulting from their cancellation of co-staffing requests.  If tradeshow or    event is longer than two days, additional fees may apply.
